Business Developer

Our goal is to make sustainable living accessible and affordable for everyone. We’re transforming energy generation and home usage through innovative installation concepts and control software. As a Business Developer, you’ll be instrumental in securing new projects, establishing partnerships, and expanding into new markets to bring the Integer vision to reality.
Summary:
- Full-time position as Business Developer starting in April 2023
- Indicative salary: 3.000 p/m + commission based on sales, Share Appreciation Rights, travel expenses covered
- Locations in Eindhoven (main office), Gemert (R&D facility), and on-site with customers around the Netherlands.
What will you do as a Business Developer at Integer?
- Identify and pursue new projects for the implementation of our energy concepts
- Assist in the development and execution of the company’s business plan
- Build and maintain relationships with key partners and stakeholders
- Explore financing opportunities, including investment and subsidies
- Prepare a growth financing plan by the end of 2023
What you need
- Strong passion for business development and relevant education or work experience
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Must reside in the Netherlands and be fluent in English and Dutch
Nice to have
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, sales engineering, or a related field within the built environment, construction industry, or a related field
- Experience in raising financing from investors
- Working knowledge of financial accounting
- Possession of a valid driver’s licence
